Adorable 13 foot scamp with bathroom, upgraded on demand water heater, MaxxAir Fan with remote, Ice Cold roof air conditioner also has heat strip, 12V fridge, 20,000BTU furnace, group 27 battery, electric brakes, dual LP tanks, Outside Step. Bed size standard 44-inch wide.

UPGRADES: spice racks, organizer in cabinet across from kitchen, paper towel rack, hooks. Also new foam in cushions with batting to make more comfortable cushions. We added a longer sewer hose holder, and a winterizing kit to make that easier. We are always surprised with the amount of storage. approx.
