This Essex is in excellent condition inside and out. Always stored inside in climate controlled environment. All prescribed maintenance Has been performed and records available. Been back to Nappanee each of last two years for maintenance including a complete reseal of the roof (ask other Owners if they have done this as a preventative maintenance item). Sits on a Spartan K3 chassis with steerable tag axle. No pets and only utilized by husband and wife. Coach has been an absolute pleasure to own, operate and live the RV lifestyle. Pictures tell the majority of the story but in case you don't know some of the luxuries on this Essex I will share a few; all electric, heated floors, dish satellite, comfort Drive, SilverLeaf technology, Rosie (remote access), power everything (shades, basement slides, water and power cord reels and more), HWH leveling system, 300 hours on generator, macerater toilets, dometic freezer/frig in basement, spare belts and filters, Oasis heat and hot water, 4 televisions with Bose surround.
