Forest River Rockwood UltraLight 2607A. Purchased new by me. Keep in covered carport aside when in use. Very clean and well cared for. No water intrusion, no stains, everythings works as new. New tires 10/12 ply last year and used once since then. Stored on concrete, not dirt. 30amp service. Large outdoor kitchen with 2 burner stove, sink, and refriderator. Queen bed up front with sofa bed in center and dinette with 4 chairs. Sink island in the middle. Rear bathroom with large corner shower. (this was a purchase point for us). Has motorized corner jack stands and power jack on the tongue. Two propane tanks. Gas outlet under rear outdoor kitchen. Living area TV with remote. Bedroom TV with remote. Has wiring and hang point for using this TV outside. Nice indoor/outdoor stereo system with DVD capability and bluetooth.
Has scratch in bathroom door from hiting the slideout while in transit. Also has scratch on the kitchen slideout from island cabinet door hitting it while in transit. (see photos)
Wired for rear camera but I never installed.
This is a very clean unit only owned by me.
Never "lived in". Used for short trips and weekend stays
