Description
This is an amazing couple's camper in great condition. We are the second owners and it has been well cared for. It pulls like a dream. It's relatively short, has dual axles and a wedge front end. It pulls so nicely that I sold my anti-sway&leveling hitch and just pull it with a $30 HomeDepot hitch instead. It's loaded with features: Queen bed with new actual queen sized pillow-top mattress (not RV queen sized). A/C, new MaxAir, reversible vent fan. Microwave, 3-burner stove, oven, large fridge with separate freezer, dual sinks. The kitchen is amazing with tons of counter space. The dinette can fold down to a toddler bed or be converted to a wrap around couch. We also added a fold-up table for extra counter space. The A/C has been fitted with an Easy Start so it can be run of regular 15amp household circuit. The batteries have been upgraded to dual AGM 100ah batteries with a digital readout. It has a TV with DVD and the inside speakers have been replaced with Polk Audio speakers. The bathroom features a shower, porcelain toilet and upgraded vent fan. Of course it has a large slide-out. We set it up for boondocking with the upgraded batteries. There's also a hitch receiver for a bike rack on back.
If you give me a full-price offer, I will also include over $2,000 worth of extras. (Save me from selling them separately.) A brand-new, still-in-the-box Honda EU2200i quiet generator $1200. (great for boondocking). A complete solar charging system with panels, hookups, etc. They are currently wired directly to the batteries for off-grid charging $600, a Hughes Autoformer $390, a surge protector $90, Cover (pictured) $300, adapter cables for 15amp, and 50amp hookups, extra sewer lines with ground supports, leveling blocks, and more.

I wouldn't recommend towing this with an SUV. It's not lightweight. I tow it with a RAM 1500 and it tows great.
I love this camper. It's been just awesome.
Thank for looking and hit me up with any questions.
