Absolutely a FANTASTIC unit! It was my first travel trailer, and I could not have asked for a better more perfect experience. I still love everything about it, and I'm only selling because I'm ready for the next adventure, into 5th wheel.

The back door is excellent for accessing storage of chairs, grills, and larger items to store inside the under bunk space.The unit is in excellent condition, everything works 100%. The interior color is fantastic to make it feel like you are in a large space. The dinette is perfect for friends and family, playing games, eating, etc.

Hauls like a dream.

Upgraded the cylinders that lift the bed.

Upgraded the steps to be have 3 steps instead of 2, so its easy to walk in and out of.

Air conditioner was replaced last year under warranty. Paid the difference to upgrade to the 15,000 BTU.

The dinette converts into a bed.

Upgraded the door locks to be digital keypad, and have remote control option for locking and unlocking (can disable remote control and just use keypad).

Upgraded mattress to a $650 memory foam for RV, in mattress protector, less than year old.
