This 5th wheel is ideal for a larger family. We only used it for one camping season before we decided to upgrade to a toy-hauler. My family and I have made lasting memories up and down the east coast with this camper. It includes a washer and dryer already installed, as well as abundant storage. The main AC has been replaced and is brand new. Camper also includes a full size refrigerator that can be run on either electric or propane as well as an outdoor entertainment compartment and an indoor fireplace that can be used as a heat source if camping in colder months or simply as a visual centerpiece should the heat not be needed but you still want the ambience of the fireplace. This is truly a must see camper for the price.
