Description
Model Bunkhouse 16. One queen bed and two bunks. Toilet, shower, sink, propane furnace and stove burners never used. The only liquid that has been in the fresh, gray and black water tanks is some antifreeze. Used only once way back in 2020, a three or four week trip to Arizona in January and February. I always used bathroom facilities at one of the four RV parks I parked at. Included with the trailer is, original unused factory mattress and a more comfortable but a little too big foam mattress, two unused sewer drain hoses 15' and 20', one unused 25' water hose, an unused water pressure regulator and water filter, four rubber and three plastic unused wheel chocks. Used accessories are a 30 amp surge protector and original electric supply cable, a ten pack of Lynx Levers and tire covers for storage. The spare tire cover works when the trailer is stationary but has lost it's elastic and will blow off on the road. Needs a group size 27 battery and a couple of scissor jacks. The original battery has died and the scissor jacks were damaged when a really big gust of wind moved the trailer sideways enough that the jacks slid off their lynx levers and got bent. Worst jack pictured and removed. Up to date on recalls as of April 4th 2023. Trailer has not been registered since December 2020. I have the title with no loan or lien. Mostly full propane tank. Priced to sell fast so I can move to Maine soon. No BS, I tell and show what's good and bad and how to fix or improve what's bad. Regarding the scissor or leveling jacks, one jack is junk and another should be replaced. Two jacks (1 box) cost $135 right now at Bish's. Regarding the over sized mattress, it's a standard queen bed and must be compressed head to foot orientation some to fit in the same place as the factory mattress. In the photos the factory mattress has swirl designs and the foam mattress is all white. If I was to use the trailer again I would unzip the foam mattress's cover and try to cut the foam to fit better. I slept fine on the foam mattress as it is for the entire 3 to 4 week trip to Arizona. I am not going to replace the battery because I have no idea of what type of battery all potential buyers prefer or how much anybody is willing to pay. Same goes for the jacks. Everybody is welcome to bring a battery with yourself on the inspection.
