The motorhome has been waxed once a year and washed after each use with a wash and wax Rv protectant. We have driven this to California, Black Hills, Colorado, and Tennessee. I would trust this to go anywhere. Serviced regularly, and all maintenance is up to date.
There are two minor dents on the hood and a few rock chips. The vinyl decals are slightly sun-faded on the nose cap and hood. Nothing will affect the performance of the RV. There is a whole house filter that I changed out at the beginning of the season this year. I do this every year to be safe. The filters are inexpensive. I do owe a little and would need to pay it off. My bank would then send you the title. We can call my bank and discuss the process with them so you feel comfortable.
We are downsizing due to insufficient time to take it out for the next several years. I would 100% purchase one again. Please let me know if you have any questions.
I would be willing to sell the Jeep Wrangler as well. It is a 2021 Willys Unlimited edition with all the extras. I have it listed for $44,000. That will include over $4,000 of tow equipment. It is a Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain with a braking system. When you brake the RV, the Jeep brakes at the same time. This is required in many states—ones with mountains, at least.
