Heartland Landmark 365 Charleston. This outstanding RV in great condition and a great deal. This is a true four season trailer fully insulated and manufactured with quality materials. This RV is in outstanding shape, better than when we purchased. It has Generator, Solar Ready with Washing Machine and Dryer. I estimate we have less than 10,000 miles on the RV, as we purchased for retirement and only made trips to Arkansas Crater of Diamonds.

We purchased this trailer new and added the Onan Generator, washing machine/ dryer and HD LG TV and Sony player. The tailer is housed in a insulated building and stays on shore power. I keep a dehumifier running in the trailer. It has been inspected and has new Goodyear tires (less than 6 months old), MORyde suspension and MORyde Hitch. Replaced the batteries last year with sealed deep cycle battery that will not be affected by the cold.

Why are we selling? I underwent major back surgery and can no longer drive long distances or lift anything heavy. Our retirement plans and traveling days have changed.
