Original owners, no smoking and no pets. Unit will not disappoint. Yearly maitenance on engine, generator and aqua hot. 3 a/c units, washer & dryer. Front tires replaced July 2023, rear tires 2019, all new air bags installed, new dash a/c compressor and condensor, roof cleaned and resealed. Unit is very well maintained.
