Included in sale is a full tank of fuel, all the hoses and connections you'll need to go camping right away including Blue Ox tow bar. Rear a/c unit replaced less than 2 years ago, chassis batteries 2 years old, house batteries 3 years old. Tires are right at 6 years old, door awning needs repair (main awning works perfectly), couple interior power shades need reprogramming, unit is currently winterized.
