New Roof, battery, and paint. Most of flooring has been redone and the exterior resealed. Everything works, minus the spring on the screen door, sensor that tells how full the water tank is and the awning material is worn. The fridge still works, but I would replace it soon. We put a lot of work into it to make it feel bigger and more welcoming. Very sturdy frame. Comes with leveling jacks. Lots of room for little ones and dogs. Built in vacuum system. Plenty of storage. Replaced the dining chairs with storage benches. 38 cupboards total! King bed in master lifts up for extra storage. Storage under bunks. Ready for use, but would also be great investment for further remodeling. This was stored by previous owner and used only for vacation. We lived in it for two years. While this RV is in good condition overall, it is in excellent condition for year and asking price, updates, and amenities. No weird smells, very clean! Perfect tiny home.
