Perfect unit!!! We paid $83K in July of last year and used only four nights! Washer / Dryer installed, dishwasher, and all options including Polar Package. Called dealer yesterday, like new book value @ $77K. The new tags remain on the furniture and appliances! The coach is located north of Spokane, eight miles south of Ione WA.

We purchased this destination trailer/park model for a riverfront property that we also purchased last year. We took delivery in July 2022 & literally used for 4 days. black tank never used! We're from Kalispell MT, but the coach is currently located near Ione WA, North of Spokane. It was winterized & has been stored with a cover for the last 10 months. Full clean last weekend and can be shown easily.

The bathroom gives you a residential shower with built-in seat, skylight, and linen cabinet. The large island kitchen provides plenty of counter space and includes residential appliances.
