We've upgraded the pump to 10 gallons per minute, upgraded to a porcelain toilette.
We've removed the upper bunk for a bed/TV seating area. (We have the the ladder & trim pieces to reinstall the upper bunk)
We've added $2K air skirts for protection of cold or heat in winter or summer.
Does have small dent in front.
