This is a 2019 KZ Escape 181RB that my wife and I bought brand new from a dealer here in TN. It has been used very lightly and is in good condition overall. It has the original queen mattress that came with it. We used it with a mattress topper and it was just fine. We are keeping the topper to use with our new RV we have bought so we are not interested in trades. Everythings works including gas water heater, AC unit, electric awning, electric jack, gas/electric refridgerator and furnace. Tows easily and comes with a Furrion backup camera and 4 inch screen. Also including a nice hitch lock that is around 200 new. Also including the weight distribution hitch. Other things we changed or added is a TV mount (old TV was not working so I removed just the TV), paper towel mount and drip guards on the shower in the bathroom to prevent leaks.

Everyone always asks about leaks. This did have a small leak while we were camping in it. The leak was with the front window. We were there during the storm and thus there is no damage from the leak. I did the repair myself by removing the whole window and re-sealing the entire window. This happened three years ago and this repair has held up just fine. Otherwise this unit has held up well and has only some minor cosmetic issues that RVs tend to get. This incudes decal peeling. As a result I removed the front decal which you can see in the pictures and the video I will link to this.

Will include power cable, water hose and some odds and ends to get you going. We have really enjoyed this and it was a good starter for us. We bought a larger RV now and just do not need this any longer.
