Here we have a very low mileage tiffin motor home with only 33,390 miles on a Ford Triton V10 engine built on a Ford chassis. The onan generator was just tuned and has only 143hrs as well. Tires and shocks were all replaced in October of 2019 which makes for an excellent ride!
Kitchen counter and cooktop have been updated as well as a led TV installed in the main area. All essential functions operate. Rooftop AC is cold and features a heat pump as well, plus a separate LP furnace for those cold nights. The water heater is a six gallon and functions along with the pumps. Also has all electric leveling jacks which function as well. The skylight was replaced in the shower recently as well. Roof is in excellent condition.
The refrigerator is an AC residential unit. The main bedroom has a newer queen sized matress and in the main area features a pullout sofa sleeper. This unit does not have a kitchenette table.
Features two slide outs to maximize room on the interior and separate bathroom and shower. Storage galore inside and out, all outside compartments seal and are watertight.
negative is the vinyl decals are showing fading and the awnings are original and are showing some wear. The backup camera also has no picture but the audio functions.
