When we bought this motorhome in 2021 we knew, for various reasons, we'd only get two or three years of use. Unfortunately, we did not expect to have it in the shop for two years. Now that it's ready to travel, health issues are forcing us to sell. Major repairs and upgrades made are detailed below. Please message us with any questions. Thank you .

DOT on tires: 3) 2020, 3) 2021, Spare, 2014

Major Repairs and/or Replacements

Hydraulic leveling system: replaced and updated in 2021
Backup camera/rear view mirror: replaced with larger color monitor and side view cameras in 2021
Manual awning: replaced with an electric awning with LED lights in 2022.
Three new batteries: 2022
Grey water tank: removed and checked for any cracks or leaks in 2022. Had a minor plumbing issue which was fixed. Tank was/is fine.
Serpentine belt: checked and confirmed its' condition was fine in January, 2023

Last but not least!!

New roof: January 2023

There were some other repairs such as fuses, lights, etc., general maintenance.

Chair shown in layout was not there when we purchased motorhome. We installed a small electric fireplace in that spot.

Believe the generator is a 7,000 Onan. Works fine!
