Brand new. Owned for one year and winterized properly. Used less than two dozen times and has never been moved from where the dealer dropped it off. Title in hand. Has original dealer stickers. Will include a portable holding tank, shore power cables, and the Tvs that we installed after purchase. The only damage is a fan blade on the interior ceiling fan(under warranty). Fully inspected by Camping World in April 2023.
