This travel trailer can easily be pulled with a SUV . We have hauled it with an Acadia with ease.

Outside RV has retractable power awning. It does have a small area closest to the RV that has been repaired with tape. Otherwise the awning is clean and in working condtion.

Upon entering door, queen bed is to the right. Under the bed is plenty of storage for your chairs, etc. Plenty of storage has been added on the right side above bed with additional shelving and cubes. There is a Smart TV to the left of door which has extended swivel to adjust according for best viewing angle. TV needs to have either a cable connection (cable provided) or WIFI for smart tv functions.
Moving to the left from bed, there is table that converts to a full size 6' 7" bed. This will fit and support an adult with no issues. This table and bed is custom made for an adult. Some storage below the seats of the table area.
Next to the table is a set of bunks.
Total sleep capacity is 5.
In center of RV towards back is the bathroom which has toilet, attached trash can, storage cups and shower.
As you enter the RV looking to the left, there is sink, 2 gas burners, refrigerator (with a freezer section) and ceiling to floor cabinet for clothes.
*Sink has a dent in it. We have additional brand new sink that goes to buyer as well. We just never installed it. Works fine as it is now.
Has a 3 drawer storage container that comes with silverware, misc cooking tools.

Everything that is in pictures is included.

Has radio with inside and outside speakers.
