We bought this RV last year to assist my wife for her many doctors visits. It has only been used for local trips under our ownership.  We never used it as a camper. The previous owners were also a mature couple who kept it in the pristine condition you see now. The camper is as close to mint condition as you will ever find. The photos do not do it justice. It’s one of those vehicles you have to see to truly appreciate. The previous owners only had it serviced at Mercedes dealerships and I have continued that policy. The only problems I have had with it were a leaking propane line in the generator (replaced with new) and the chassis air conditioner was intermittent. (The local M-B dealer identified the issue and replaced needed parts with new.) Since that it has worked flawlessly.

I have obtained copies of all service records from the prior owner and they are included. All original documents included. All recommended maintenance including fluid changes has been performed by M-B and is up to date. The 4 cylinder turbo diesel is amazingly powerful and has been completely trouble free.

We added professional window tint at the legal limit. (You can see the amount of tint in the photos of the inside doors).

We also added comfort arm rests in the front door arm rests. A small item but a huge improvement in comfort.

This Ascent was the last year offered with a standard full size spare on an oem alloy wheel.

It was a hard decision to sell our beloved RV but with my wife’s passing I can no longer justify keeping it. I just want another family to enjoy it and love it as much as she did and that will be my comfort.
