We have stored this Motorhome in a heated warehouse since it was purchased in 2015. We used this motorhome for travel more than camping so it's been in more Walmart parking lots than campgrounds. It is a wonderful vehicle. We have purchased a new Newmar Ventana so we are having to let this girl go to a new owner. The original tires are on this unit. Since we keep it in climate controlled storage, I believe that they are in fine shape.

The 40E Fleetwood Discovery offers a private bathroom in the rear of the unit that is in the master bedroom so that you have privacy from guests. And it has a 1/2 bathroom in mid unit for convenience. The large King size bed allows for a comfortable and private setting while you watch TV or just sleep.

The living area of the motorhome includes a large kitchen area with a double sink. Gas fired stove. Convection Microwave and a dishwasher. There is also a full sized french door refrigerator. Just off the Kitchen area toward the bedroom is a stacked washer and dryer.

The living room includes a wrap around couch for a wonderful area to entertain. With the two front seats turned, you have space for 6 people to comfortably sit. And with the large 55 inch pop up TV along the side wall, you can enjoy tons of video entertainment. There is a moving satelite system installed in the unit. Or you can stream to the newly installed streaming available TV's.

There is an abundance of storage cabinets throughout the unit. And of course the lower exterior storage is huge as well.
