We have a beautiful Open Range fiberglass, 4 seasons, bumper pull trailer that has been lovingly cared for, for sale. Trailer was used by a travel nurse who took care of this home. The trailer has an 'open floor plan' and does not have a table nook. Instead, the table between the 2 recliners can be used as an island or opened and seats 6. Anticipating a new owner, we are including a new electric fireplace (installed under the tv), a new microwave, a new full mattress and a new 100lb propane tank. The propane tank is approximately 3/4 full. The roof has been recently inspected for leaks. A custom made weather skirt is also included. The $2,400 skirt allows the trailer to be used during severe cold weather and helps keep all plumbing that is underneath the trailer, from freezing. My pipes did not freeze in a southern Michigan winter and many neighbors suffered from that most inconvenient fate. Included in the photos are pictures of the professional skirt. The skirt is easy on and off.Roof was sealed in 2021 with a roof check a few months ago. Any areas of concern were touchedup. There is a new motherboard for the furnace, new tank pulls, new mattress, new TV, new microwave and new 100 gallon propane tank.

The couch folds out into a platform to hold a full or queen air mattress.

There is some cosmetic delamination on the very front, but there is paperwork for the fixes that were completed. The original owners chose not to fix the cosmetic delamination and this has not been an issue for the trailer.

Tires are in great shape as are the cords that control the movement of the two power slides.
