PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST BEFORE CONTACTING ME. UPDATED August 19th. This coach is priced to sell. Listing will expire in 7 days and I will not renewing it. Compare it to similar coach's. It's priced this way to sell it "AS IS" sale. Asking price will be increased once the ABS, leveling issue is resolved. I can not send anymore photos, or answer any maintenance issue questions. Brand new step module installed Aug. 2023 Fresh Oil engine and generator and All New Batteries this June and new battery disconnect switch. New Michelin tires September 2022. It has a new (we never used it or turned on the TV's) Direct TV dish and its components. Two previous owners. Both elderly couples. We bought it last May. It's too much coach for us at this point in our lives. It has a maintenance issue that are being addressed at this time. Mechanic believes its a computer communication issue causing the ABS light to illuminate, they are waiting for an electrical schematic for further diagnostic of the problem. The coach needs some cosmetic body work. I can not add any photos of the cosmetic work. Left rear corner panel requires fiberglass repair. A few scrapes need attention. Upper left hand corner of the windshield has a very small crack. I do not plan on replacing the windshield, the crack is very small and does not cause any issues with driving the rig. Note: Rig was not involved in any accidents. ALL Cosmetic issues resulted during parking the rig. All four slides operate, no issues with any of the water tanks, including storage, gray, and black. NOTE we have not used the Aqua Hot tank this year. We are motivated to sell this coach.

At the time of listing the coach is being sold as a "AS IS" sale. Asking $60,500 OBO. Note don't waste your time and mine with a low best offer, like some man did of 35K! Cash deal, we will not finance this rig. Yes it in the shop for maintenance, all coach's need maintenance. This is a very nice rig, rides so very nice. Large Caterpillar engine with low miles. Again we are motivated to sell it and will entertain any reasonable cash offer. As of this posting the rig is at a shop in Belgrade MT. I am not retired and I will try to answer all inquires when I can. Please do not ask for more information about the maintence issue, simply because I do not have an answer. Thank you.
