Hard to find, well-made, perfect camper for a couple or two adults and one or two small kids. Excellent condition. Interior remodel in 2023. Upgrades for dry camping, including two new house batteries with disconnect switch. The dinette converts but is on the shorter side. Outside and inside shower with LP water heater. Furnace and AC work great. Fridge and freezer is powered by A/C or LP gas, is larger for this size of motorhome and works great. There isn't anything on this sweet little motorhome that doesn't work. Gen is powered from engine gas although we've hardly used it because the house batteries last a long time. Selling simply because we want a motorhome with a walkaround bed instead of a corner one.
