This THOR Rize 18M 2022 RV is REALLY still like brand new inside and out. Both front bucket seats have had a custom cover on them so they are still like new. It has had one cross-country trip and we loved its performance, comfort and good gas mileage.

BEST of all it's just 18 ft. long (shorter than a Chevy Suburban SUV). That means you can park it in any standard downtown parking space in any big city.

If you have ever owned an RV before, you know what a HUGE advantage that is.

Because of health issues we find that we have to part with her even though we completely enjoyed our cross country adventure and really love this RV. She has only 10,732 miles on the odometer. The interior is immacualate. We have never even used the stove . The refrigerator is ample size and the shower works great. It has two sinks and a microwave in addition to the propane gas burning stove. And it has lots of storage space everywhere. Swivel Bucket seats spin all the way around for the removable table. Back-up camera.

It has a removable cartridge tank for black waste water so it's super easy to pull out and roll it to any rest stop rest room and pour the contents down the toilet.

It's very easy to drive, with a huge windshield; even my wife got comfortable handling it. Gas mileage on a flat highway set at a cruising speed of 65 MPH will get you better than 15 MPG. Not bad for an RV that you can comfortably live in and be happy,

It has a nice-sized TV and a ten ft., automatic awning.
The generator is very quiet so you can run it all night together with the A/C without disturbing your camping neighbors.

It has a solar panel on the roof which does a slow trickle charge to the house battery so the fridge stays cool all the time.

This is well-designed and well-built Thor Motor CoachRV.
If you are an adventurous couple or solo traveler who wants an easy-to-drive, complete home on the road that is economical to drive and INCREDIBLY easy to park ANYWHERE that a standard SUV can park, this RV is for you.
