This is an amazing 5th wheel. Extremely comfortable and true 4 season. There have been no pets and is smoke free and 1 owner. We spent 2 weeks with the overnight temps -25 and it never came above 0 for the entire time, but there was no problem with freezing up. The tanks are all heated, 50 amps, auto leveling system, 16 gallon hot water tank, rear camera, Splendide vented washer/dryer, pull out drawers in the pass thru, internal surge protector, keyless entry, Moryde steps, Andersen hitch, insulated soft skirting, vent covers on all 3 roof vents, and red landing supports to save the stress on your landing jacks, heated hose good down to -35. It has an enormous amount of storage, and is a good fit for vacations, full time RVing or just downsizing to live a simpler life style.
It needs very little else, other than a family and load it with their treasures, and go.
