This Unit has been pet and smoke free, when it was not traveling it has been stored in a temperature-controlled room built specifically for it. It is built to be lived in full-time and in some of the hotest and coldest climates. The walls, floor, and ceiling are all insulated. The 3 1/4 in. walls allow for more insulation than the typical camper. The wheels are independent of one another and are attached to a beefed up frame. This camper has the additional 2" inch riser that makes the already large box channel beams (tubular being better than the "I" beams) more stable and rigid. The heavy duty hydraulic jacks are powerful enough to lift the entire unit off of the wheels.
