We lived full time in this RV for 8 months while we were building our house and were very comfortable.

The cockpit features comfortable, captain’s chair type leather seats, and all controls are easily accessible. Privacy curtains electrically lower to enclose the cockpit at night.

Kitchen dinette has a u-shaped bench seat that easily accommodates four people, and the center table converts to allow for a queen sized bed. The kitchen is directly across and includes a gas cooktop, microwave/convection oven, full sized refrigerator/freezer, upper and lower storage cabinets, Corian countertops, pantry, and double bowl sink.

The living area has a wide screen TV, surround sound, fireplace, and three recliners (two electrically operated) and one manual. Adjacent to the living area is the half-bath.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with mattress topper, end tables on each side, TV, two reach in closets and chest of drawers. Master bath includes plenty of cabinets and storage along with a stand-in shower with seat and skylight above. The three slide-outs expand the kitchen and master bedroom on one side, and the entire side on the opposite side slides out to expand the living area, master and dinette. There is a laundry (washer and drier) as well.

There are a total of 4 TVs, above the cockpit, in the living area, master, and outside under the patio awning. Cameras are on each side mirrors, with a rear backup camera making highway driving easy.

The are two rooftop AC units, a central furnace heating system, and a fireplace to provide comfort.

An automatic leveling system with touch pad controls makes set-up easy.

And if you need to tow a car: There's a Blue Ox towing system included!

All services up to date! The diesel generator, diesel engine, and slide-outs have all just been recently serviced.

We are also including two outdoor carpets, a propane fire pit, gas grill with griddle, fully equipped tool bay, three drinking water hoses, four sections of sanitary hose, all electrical adapters, power protection and surge protector, water purification system, roof mounted satellite dish, Roku receiver, and lots of other goodies so that you are ready to go.
