This RV was owned by my late father who purchased it new. A retired engineer, he was known to take meticulous care of his vehicles. It was used by our family for camping trips. It was also used by my dad to tow his antique boats between boat shows.

There is a detailed log book where all maintenance and work done was maintained.

All systems are in good working condition. The fridge correctly switches between propane and electric. The generator, furnace, A/C, gauges, engine, plumbing & toilet, TV, etc. are all in good working order.

Everything on the chassis is in good working condition. It was also meticulously maintained. The truck engine runs great with no problems. The tires are in great shape.

The generator allows you to go anywhere and have full functionality. Take it boondocking!

There are no leaks or punctures anywhere. Minor paint chips from being on the road but nothing noticeable from a few feet back.
It was never in any accidents or damaged.

This RV was stored indoors in a garage so it stayed very fresh.
Rear air bags were added for a smoother ride when loaded.

The driver and passenger seats swivel to face the living area to provide extra seating.

It comes with the following items:

• Exterior Cover (a little old but good if you have to store it outside)
• Front Window Privacy Cover
• Tire pressure monitoring system to watch the RV tire pressure AND a trailer's tire pressure
• Tow behind vehicle setup for flat towing a car (blue ox). May require setup on your tow vehicle.
• Extensive log book with documentation of all maintenance and additional items
