This RV has a lot of great features, BUT, the roof leaked at one point and several of the lights are not working and one section of the ceiling has has a slight sag. (See pictures) Needs house batteries. The tires have a lot of miles left on them. The great part is that the engine, generator and chassis are in excellent condition. As are the appliances. The generator has 163 hours on it. All 3 slides are operational.
This RV just needs a handy person to give it the TLC it needs to get it back on the road looking for its next adventure.
