Great family camper! Always stored indoors when not in use, great condition with many upgrades added! Everything works as it should! Well maintained! This little camper packs a lot of fun and can sleep a lot of people!! Queen bed, jacknife sofa folds flat and can sleep 1-2, dinette folds down to sleep 1-2, as well as a single and a double bunk in the back! Great storage too, lots of space under the beds and dinette. Shelving added in bedroom wardrobe cupboards as well as bunk cupboards. New residential memory foam mattress on queen bed. Fishing pole storage tube added under the camper as well. Awning replaced a few years ago and in good condition. Awning lock added! Tires road worthy, she is ready to travel! Magnetic knife storage strip added to kitchen, storage bins added right inside the door, behind sofa, next to bunks, and behind dinette so lots of places to stash your stuff! Electric front Jack added. Propane grill that hooks on bracket on the front of the grill also included. You could be camping by the holiday weekend as this is ready to go! Text me for more exterior photos! In great condition, caulk inspected and refreshed yearly. This is a gently used camper and there is some cracking of a few of the exterior decals, a small crack in the top of the shower surround, and some wear on the sofa seat, as well as a few random dings on the woodwork, all minor! Overall this is in great shape and can provide years of camping enjoyment to another family! We bought this new when our kids were little, we are now empty nesters so have upgraded to a camper just for us! This just got some minor hail damage in our last July storm so we are lowering the price to reflect that! Purely cosmetic damage, and quite minor!
