Items we added after purchase include a 3rd air conditioner (2022), washer/dryer combo (2022), bike rack (2021) upgraded shower head (2020), and upgraded Moride entrance stairs (2019). Additional items included with unit are a Cuisinart Air Fryer/Toaster oven combo, stand-alone 1-burner induction cooktop, Kuereg Coffee Maker, Mr. Coffee Drip coffee maker, independent ice maker, toaster, slow cooker, hand mixer, 2 electric skillets, cutlery, cooking utensils, food storage containers, pots and pans, dishware, dish towels, bath towels, washcloths, bedding and memory foam toppers for both the pullout sofa bed and the master king bed. Additionally, there are vinyl outdoor carpets included.

The TV in the living room has been upgraded to a smart TV. There is a flat screen tv in the master as well as a third TV we used outside.

The range was rarely used as we preferred to use the toaster oven and the induction cooktop, which we could move outside. The microwave is a convection oven/microwave combo and works great. The Samsung residential refrigerator/freezer works great, however the icemaker does not work. We replaced the original recliners with residential leather recliners. The original "leather" sofa has begun to delaminate but we chose to keep the sofa with a removable/washable cover to take advantage of the pull-out sofa.

The unit was always stored under cover or, most recently, in an RV garage.

Other features include ceramic residential height toilet, self-leveling jacks, electric awning with LED light strip, ceiling fan, heat pump, solar shades, central vacuum, MAXX Air Fan, electric fireplace, residential hardwood cabinetry, prepped for solar panels, and USB ports in living room and bedroom.
