This RV is in great condition. My father purchased this unit, not for travel, but with the intent to spend his winter months in it in sunny California. He only wintered in it once before his health kept him homebound. The RV was used only occasionally by family members. He has recently passed away and we, the family, are trying to sell his RV. In his last months he had considered renting it out, and so had automatic levelers installed and the generator worked up to make sure it was ship shape. It's barely used and has lots of life in it for travel, memory making, or just a simple RV life!
