This camper is in excellent condtion. Basically brand new. I bought this camper in 2016 to put on our family property. Unfortunately we hardly used it. I have 3 youngs kids and too many activities to justify keeping it. Shower has been used twice, stove used once and just the fridge to keep our drinks cold. Dinners were takeout and pizza. It's been solely on our property and just used it on weekends the few times we stayed there. There are only 3 things wrong with it. There is a dvd stuck in the player, which I would update anyway, 1 night I tripped over a toy and put a small hole in the bunkhouse partition to stop from falling and finally that this camper needs to really be used so much more. As you see from the pictures it's roomy and beautiful. The 3 slideouts are awesome. The sliding glass door makes for a lot of light and a nice view. Pleanty of storage in the master bedroom with nice large windows for another view. Tv works great, Fireplace keeps you warm and AC keeps you nice and cool. 2 ceiling fans. Never used the fresh water tank. It was always hooked up to the main line. Also, if you have to winterize it's super easy and fast to do. An hour tops. What else can I say.you won't be disappointed.
