2014 Dutchmen Denali 316RES 39 ft fifth wheel RV Rear livingThis is a Great Trailer but I have changed careers and therefor will be selling this as well as my truck. I will attach the Original Pamphlet for this model but I believe the current Key benefits worth mentioning are below. Feel free to ask any questions.

• All Slide-outs function properly
• This has the Lipperts Auto-leveling system which also functions properly
• 40” retractable Tv in living room works great
• Both the main Roof membrane and the Galley slide roof membrane have been replaced as well as the whole floor on the Galley Slide. Any other issues needing repaired were done as well because this was all done under insurance claim so there was no cost limitation to the repairs. Total Cost of all repairs was 16,000.
• There are two Good Air Conditioning Rooftop units- Main is 15,000 BTU , Secondary in Bedroom is 13,500 BTU
• Tires- Main Tires are only 2 years old and are 14 ply tires as well as the Spare mounted on the Back. It will also come with 3 Brand new Load Range E Tires.
• All Appliances Have worked with No issues
• Bed in the top is a very nice queen 800.00 Sterns and Foster
• General info: It will come with the 25ft 50 amp cord, water hose and the furniture you see in the picture. The ladder was removed when they installed the new roof but I can include the collapsible ladder I Use.
