This motorhome is extremely clean inside, outside, roof and undercarriage, kept under cover, and in excellent condition.

*Onan generator works perfectly
*All of the components; air conditioner, electric blinds, space heater, exterior lights, turn signals, hot water heater inverter, refrigerator, convection oven, TV and VCR, control panel are all in working order. I will be happy to drive it to a local mechanic for a thorough inspection.
This unit is the proverbial "cream-puff."
It's driven monthly, and the generator is started and runs for about 15 minutes, bi-weekly.
We just did a full synthetic oil change, (June '23) and we keep fuel stablizer in the tank, which feeds the generator as well.
