2012 Skyline Koala super lite, only weighs 4150 lbs. Their is a new full queen mattress, not a short queen. Awning replaced 2 yrs ago. Roof resealed 2 yrs ago. Maxxair fan in main aera w/remote. Maxxair fan in bathroom. Levelmate pro, LED light strip under Awning app controled. We have never cooked inside camper. A/C works great. Power cord, sewer hose and attachments included. Weight distribution hitch with 2 anti-sway bars included. Power front jack. Rear bumper upgraded and reinforced for 2 bike carrier Yakama, included. Tires replaced 2 years ago along w/axle service. Gas grill that mounts on the outside included.
