They don't make them like this classic Monaco anymore. This was a flagship Coach back in 2000 list price 430k. We have had for 3 years and just don't use like we used to. The electronics are dated as you can still see the old Sony trinitron tube TV's. They still work but we have a Samsung 48" smart TV that is on a stand that we used, included with sale. There was a water leak that caused the middle of tile floor to bubble and we just had that repaired by 24/7 Motorcoach a few months ago, the total cost of that repair was over 6k so it was done right. They also changed all fluids and filters plus put 2 new chassis batteries in. The house batteries were all replaced 2 years ago but are still in great shape. Tires were all replaced last year at a cost of over 6k. We also just replaced the main interior blinds this month. The paint is in fair condition one side better than the other. The engine is an Cummins ISM 500hp and she runs like a dream. It walks away from other Coaches in the mountains. Generator is an Onan 12500 quiet diesel 800 hours and the heat and hot water comes from a Aqua hot system which I had that system overhauled when I bought.  Also included in the sale is outdoor reclining chairs, propane grill and all hookup items including water, electric and sewage.  The Coach is currently stored in an airconditioned garage. Overall the Coach is decent cosmetic shape and mechanically sound.  She’s ready to roll for your next adventure.
