- Converted the mid bunk room into an office. Solid wood desk, properly bolted to the floor. Office chair included. There is a foldable and functional bunk above the desk.
- Vinyl covered foam mattress set is also included for the mid bunk room if you want to convert it back to a bedroom.
- Backup camera and monitor included. Works wirelessly.
- Max Air fans in bathroom and kitchen.
- NEW overhead fan in the kitchen that clears the slide. (Unlike the factory ceiling fan.) Great airflow. Numerous light temperature settings.
- Replaced the low budget water filter with a triple pass ClearSource filter. Has virus guard and bacteria filter.
- StarLink antenna mount with pole. Does not include the StarLink equipment, but we can look to see if it is transferable.
- Upgraded RV Lock with key, code pad, and remote options.

Problems:
- No leaks or any other major issues.
- One of the rollup window shades decided not to roll up anymore.

Addons:
- Will include Cummins 30A generator for an additional $900. Can run 1 AC with no problem. Generator has less than 20 hours on it. (new $1400)
- Will include Pullrite 24k sliding hitch for an additional $1000. (new $2000)

The RV is stored in Walterboro, SC.
