The only reason for selling purchase another one to accommodate grandkids. It has never been lived in full time. This unit has a lot of bells and whistles such as, hydraulic leveling that is automatic. Power real for power cable. Touch screen control panel. Just to name a few. We have pulled it to Pigeon Forge a couple of times and it pulls very well. The Matress for the king bed cost 1000.00 and sleeps better than the 5000.00 Matress in our bedroom. The onboard batteries were replaced last week with receipt to prove. Cost almost 400.00. Purchased the batteries from Camper Dealership in town. Tires are in great shape. The roof has the remainder of the 12 year factory warranty. Always stored under carport. Anderson Hitch is included in the sale. Has DVD player with Bluetooth radio. Also comes with rear view and side view cameras with a 5" display that sits on your dashboard. Very nice feature. 4 season living package. Has tons of storage space inside. Cabinets everywhere. Has hook up for washer and dryer in the kitchen area. The love seat has heat, vibration massage and USB ports on each side. Also has power station that flips down in The center of the loveseat. The couch makes out into a queen size bed. Full size refrigerator as you can see in the pictures with ice maker. Really hoping someone will get it that will appreciate it. The dinette has a total of 4 chairs. Two are stored under the king bed. Never smoked in and no pets. Title is in hand.
