I bought this Heartland Mallard M301 brand new from Camping World in Monticello, Mn. in the fall of 2019 and pulled it 124 miles to my home in Elbow Lake, Mn. and parked it on cement and it has never been slept in or any of the appliances been used except the air conditioner. It has a brand new 40" Vizio Smart Television with a Vizio Sound Bar and a brand new battery and a brand new queen size 10" memory foam bedroom mattress with 2 brand new pillows and a brand new waterproof mattress protector. It also has front and rear electric stabilizer jacks and I also added an electric tongue jack with a light. It has 2 4,400 lb. axles with electric brakes and aluminum wheels and a spare tire. It also has an outside entertainment center with a small refrigerator and room for a television and a gas grille that attaches to a swing out bracket on the rear bumper and a propane hose that attaches to a quick release coupler just underneath on the frame. It also has a central vacuum system with an additional 10 vacuum bags. It also has in the kitchen a Dometic powered fan with a thermostat and a rain sensor with 3 speeds that has a reversible fan that is the top of the line from Dometic. It also has an electric awning with an led light strip with a remote control that can make the led light strip change colors. It has a 3 burner stove and an oven below and a microwave oven above the stove with a powered exhaust fan with a light. I also added a Winegard Air 360 + Omnidirectional TV/FM Antenna + Wifi + 4G Extender model number AR-360B. that just needs a sim card and to be activated by your internet provider. Both sets of the original keys are included. It also has brand new pillow cases. Also included is a brand new still in the box Reese #66560 Steadi-Flex Trunnion Weight Distributing Hitch Kit with Shank-12,000 lb. rating. Please call or text me @ 320 304-5339.
