This camper is ready to go. Dewinterized all systems checked out and working as they should.

I installed new Rexoseal roof restoration kit. This kit has a life time limited warranty as advertised on their website (Rexoseal.com) this system does not require a lot of resealing and maintenance. Roof was solid ….no soft spots.

I also removed and replaced all lap and window sealant. This camper has been meticulously maintained, buffed out and waxed. The decals have been replaced a couple years back and are in great shape. The electric jacks were removed. Greased and repainted. New wireless controller installed. New rear awning installed. Water pump was replaced last summer.

The generator has only 55.5 hours and works great (recent oil change).

I built a small generator mount and an aluminum box for security for my Quite Honda EU 2200 I,  Which runs the AC with no problem. The generator runs in the box for security, has access covers for all controls and cooling. If you want the mount and the box, they are extra. The Honda generator is not for sale.

Torklift Glow steps are for easy access when camper is installed on truck. Custom aluminum steps for easier access when camper is off the jacks.

Included are Torklift tie downs, however, you will need to have the brackets installed on your truck. This camper requires a 1 ton Dually truck. Dry weight is approximately 3700 pounds.
Comes with all manuals.

We were thinking about keeping it for another year before selling it. Due to health issues we are unable to use it this summer.
