This trailer was my home away from home. It has been kept in the same RV trailer park since I l've owned it. All it's amenities are in working order. The main awning was replaced about 6 years ago. May need tires if planning to travel long distances. I would still be using it if I didn't buy a permanent structure next to the RV park it is currently being kept.
