The 6 deep cycle batteries combined with 640w of solar is enough to live completely off grid 24/7 without a care in the world. Huge 72 gallon fresh water tank and 46 gallon gray and black tanks. The onboard generator is an Onan 5500 watt with 1172 hours on it with automatic transfer switch.
Drivers door option, A&E awning (replaced 2020), lower tan paint with burgundy decals (some cracking and fading), rear ladder, Atrium style side dinette window (which everyone will compliment) and power entry step. The cab has power mirrors, windshield curtain, back-up camera, stereo, overhead cabinets, ceiling speakers and tan carpeting, dual roof A/Cs with dual climate controls. The original cloth chair behind the passenger's seat was replaced with a cube organizer and 42” TV (original chair is available). Pull out sofa bed and dinette wood table with chairs, and valances with day/night shades. 3 burner stove/oven combo, convection microwave, countertop extension, Fantastic fan, Dometic 2 way refrigerator and slide out pantry cabinet.
The bathroom (with shower, skylight, toilet, roof vent, and fan) is separate from the hallway sink and vanity with triple mirror cabinets. Bathroom door can also open fully to make the bath and sink area private from the living room.
The bedroom has a sliding door, slide out bed area with newer Full mattress and bedding.
The exterior has some damage on the passengers side on 2 compartment doors (see pics), corner rear bumper has a small scuff and will have normal average wear and use from over the years but overall really nice and well cared for. The wheels are 19.5" with chrome simulators and tires were replaced in 2020. Chassis battery replaced in 2022. House batteries in 2021. There was a small roof leak in 2020 around the plumbing vent. I had the TPO roof peeled back in that area to have the wood replaced and sealed. No leaks or issues since. I have done every maintenance item that can be done in the last 3 years. All interior lights have been replaced with soft white energy efficient LEDs.
