This nearly immaculate class B van has hardly been used. My mother left it to me and I wish I could keep it but it’s just a bit too tight for my family of 4 with 2 fully grown teens who always want to bring friends. My loss is your gain. EXCELLENT gas mileage for a camper (18-22 mpg) on regular unleaded fuel. VT state inspected thru 7/24. Both front captains chairs rotate back allowing for choice of table location. Rear bench seat lays flat into queen bed with room for 2-3 if 1 is a small child. Staying at camp a while? Keep the table up front and the bed down to avoid rearranging. House battery with inverter to run fully off grid for 1-3 days depending on usage, and engine can act as a generator to recharge house as needed. Also has 35 amp connection for full power, or can even use 120 for Harvest Hosts or HipCamps who only may have a house plug. Kitchen has flip-up counter, 2 burner propane stove, larger electric fridge with internal freezer which both work excellently - cold and clean, and use minimal battery. Also a pull-out pantry & plenty of extra storage. Wet bath with no leaks & on demand water heater. 37 gal. fresh water tank, 22.8 grey, & 9.6 black. This van has had very little commode or black tank usage as it really has only been used at camps with facilities. No rust, no mice, everything works just like new. No pets, no smoking, never lived in. Interior completely free of tears, holes, stains, or odors. All window shades and screens are intact, clean, and included - including the driving area. Interior can be made very dark and private. TV near the rear bench/bed has antenna connection & dvd player. Lights, electrical outlets & usb chargers are everywhere. Other details include a 16,000 BTU cabin furnace and 11,000 BTU a/c, both runing on electric thermostat for no-hassle comfort. Vent fan also has thermostat control. Exterior has a large manual awning with support legs. Exterior condition is 99% pristine, only one small dent/scratch in the running board on the passenger side from a low lying shoulder stump. Would consider delivery if needed, & would also consider reasonable trade of a recent model AWD SUV, minivan, dirtbike(s), boat, or 4 wheeler for part of the value.
