This unit is in excellent condition. We have used it about three times per year since we got it. We are selling because we do not use it enough. We purchased it new from Beckley's Camping Center in Thurmont, MD. We just had Beckley's service it form top to bottom. Tires are in excellent shape. LP tanks are full. There are no leaks. We installed a brand new Rear Camera and have not even used it yet. We spent $4600 with Beckley's to get the unit in tip top shape. There are two air conditiong units. LCI Electonic Leveling. Everything works. Everything has been well taken there of.
