The unbelievable low price reflex's a need for both the main awning and dining room pop out awning to be replaced. The interier is in good, solid shape. Wooden cabinets, dining area, shower with toilet, all appliances work, floors are clean and level. TV, radio, DVD player inside and outside speakers. Sleeps six comfortably, full kitchen. Gas or electric hot water heater and refrigerator. Cold A/C and hot gas heat. Probably 25,000 miles on it, purchased new in 2015 and traveled for about a year. Light to pull, less than 6,000 lbs loaded. We used a Grand Cherokee to pull it without any problems.
