Chances are we wind up meeting somewhere in the middle - ya know, like every Sales Haggle since the beginning of time. 

Never intended to sell this RV - but I tend to do more Hiking out west & just Boondock in my rental vehicle after flying there; instead of “Hauling the Toy Hauler” all the way out west. Used it more as a Destination Trailer than a travel trailer. 

Stored In Doors - except for last year, but it was covered all winter. 

I will include the cover since I won’t have any use for it. 

Purchased in Sheboygan July 2020 & Stored in Fond Du Lac - fairly Early on during Covid when lake properties became astronomical.

So in the almost 3 years that I have owned the RV - I barely put 200 miles on it. 

I have added Bug Screens to the vents & such to protect the appliances from the Critters. 

RV has great Air flow. 

But if you want to heat it up or cool it down - it’s small enough that the Furnace & AC get the job done very quickly. 

In the winter I could heat the entire unit with a small electric space heater without even needing to use Propane. 

All appliances work

Multiple TV mounts / hookups / Speakers (I never hooked up a TV)

Brand new Sealy PosturePedic Mattress. 

Great layout with Ample Storage for a compact unit.  

Custom cut carpet covers the flooring. Easily removable if you prefer the laminate flooring underneath. 

I put carpet runners 
over the carpet 
to protect the carpet…..yup. 

Has tie Down D-Rings for “Toy Hauling”….crazy right?

Garage door opens gently & has added on Custom Diamond plate to protect the Hinge Gap. 

I filled the Toy Hauler with Kayaks / Paddle Boards & Bicycles. Never loaded it with anything substantially heavy.
