This camper was purchased new in 2005 and was not used more than a dozen times before I inherited it, and I've only used it once. It has always been stored in a garage and is in excellent condition for its age. I don't think there are more than 2k miles on it. I have just tested everything on it and it all works. I did replace the original Elixer power converter with a new one by Progressive Dynamics because the original one had a lousy reputation. The camper includes; a 3-way fridge, 2 burner stove, furnace, sink with pump and water tank, and an extra LP tank. It does not include; an air conditioner, battery (though it is wired and ready for one), hot water heater, toilet, or shower (despite 'outside shower' being listed on the invoice). The camper's empty weight is 1365 lbs and comes with manuals for everything. Oh, and it also comes with an awning, though I've never unpacked it to set it up.
