Basically brand new. We love this unit and this floor plan is amazing! Only selling because my husband got a new job and we aren't going to be able to use it as much as planned.
We removed the kitchen table to make a play space for our son but still have the table and can put back into unit. Also removed trifold couch from mid bunk to make space for crib. Also have couch in storage and can add back to unit.
